Tuyen Quang is honored to have Minh Huong Duck Cooperative, Cho Bo 2 village, Binh Xa commune (Ham Yen) being recognized. The cooperative was established in 2018 by Ms. Nong Thi Lich as Director with 7 members. Currently, Minh Huong Duck Cooperative cooperates with people in Minh Huong, Tan Thanh, Binh Xa and Phu Luu communes with a total herd of over 71,000 ducks, with an annual meat output of 130 tons.

The duck breed in Minh Huong commune is considered the most delicious in Tuyen Quang. This is a native breed, raised naturally from the spring water of the Cham Chu special-use forest and fed natural food. In 2016, the Intellectual Property Office recognized the Minh Huong duck brand. In 2020, Minh Huong duck was recognized as achieving 3 OCOP stars. In 2023, the Vietnam Culinary Culture Association (VCCA) held a ceremony to award certificates of typical Vietnamese cuisine in phase I - 2022, in which Minh Huong duck was honored in the journey to find typical Vietnamese culinary cultural values ​​under the Project "Building and developing Vietnamese culinary culture into a national brand, phase 2022 - 2024".
