"Your morning shapes your whole day. If you want to lose fat, balance hormones, and maintain energy, start your day purposefully," Michelle wrote in the caption of a video that garnered 1.2 million views on social media.

Here are five habits that Michelle suggests:

Start your day with lemon water or apple cider vinegar.

Before drinking coffee, Michelle recommends drinking warm lemon water or apple cider vinegar water.

This type of beverage helps stimulate digestion and "awaken" the gut, supporting detoxification, reducing bloating, alkalizing the body, assisting the liver in eliminating toxins, and stabilizing blood sugar.

Get some early morning sun to absorb vitamin D.

The second habit she suggests is to expose yourself to sunlight—both through your skin and eyes—within 30 minutes of waking up. The body's circadian rhythm plays a crucial role in weight loss.

Absorbing natural light in the morning helps regulate metabolism, boost serotonin, balance cortisol levels, and improve sleep quality.
