To transfer money via Vietinbank internet banking, customers need to have a Vietinbank bank account and register for internet banking/mobile banking services.

Step 1: Log in to the Vietinbank iPay Mobile application.

Step 2: Select the "Transfer Money/Bank Transfer" option in VietinBank.

Step 3: Fill in the transfer information in the Transaction Information section.

Step 4: Select "Confirm transaction" and enter the OTP code, then press "Confirm".

On the homepage, customers select Transfer Money --> Transfer money to another bank account and follow these 4 steps:

Step 1: Transaction Information: In the Transfer Account field, the customer selects the account to perform the transaction.

Step 2: Enter the recipient's information.

Step 3: Confirm the transaction and enter the OTP verification code.

Step 4: Press the "Accept" button and the transaction result will be displayed.
