Da Bac mountainous district effectively carries out bidding for many projects

In 2023, the Management Board of Construction Investment and Land Fund Development Projects of Da Bac district will organize bidding for 33 projects with a total of 137 bidding packages, including: 102 offline bidding packages and 35 online bidding packages.

The total value of the bid packages is over 236 billion VND; the total winning bid value is over 231 billion VND, the total amount saved through contractor selection is 4,754 million VND.

All of the above bid packages are widely and publicly selected on the national bidding network, demonstrating objectivity, fairness and transparency in the contractor selection process.

Recent inspection and audit conclusions show that no errors were detected in the bidding process or contractor selection organization. Also in 2023, all bidding packages were publicly posted on the National Bidding Network.

In the past, the implementation of projects encountered many difficulties because the procedures of investment projects were related to procedures in many fields such as planning, land, resources, environment and related to many departments and branches. At the same time, the Laws, Decrees, and Circulars were also frequently updated and changed, leading to impacts on the progress of project implementation.

However, with the efforts of the Board of Directors and all staff of the Project Management Board for Investment, Construction and Land Fund Development of Da Bac district, we have overcome difficulties and successfully completed the assigned tasks. All projects have ensured progress, quality and been put into use promptly and effectively, meeting the wishes and needs of local people.

In 2024, the Da Bac District Land Fund Development and Investment Project Management Board will continue to urge contractors to speed up the construction progress of transitional projects and start new projects. Strengthen inspection, control, supervision and management of project quality and progress; regularly instruct contractors to strictly implement measures to prevent natural disasters, traffic safety, ensure environmental sanitation, labor safety, security and order, and prevent and fight fires and explosions.

Focus on completing legal procedures for investment and auction projects to ensure progress and plans assigned by the district and province; Timely handle difficulties and problems related to the projects.
