Miss Vietnam 2022 Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy has successfully surpassed representatives from 70 countries and territories to be crowned Miss International 2024 at the final round of the contest held in Tokyo (Japan) on November 12.

The first runner-up is a beauty from Bolivia, the second runner-up is a representative from Spain, the third runner-up is a beauty from Venezuela, and the fourth runner-up is a representative from Indonesia.
In the behavioral round, Thanh Thuy shared about the changes in theeducation industry after the Covid-19 pandemic when all activities were switched to online.
She believes that changing the way of working, the environment and the methods will have a great impact on education. Students can explore learning opportunities through online educational platforms. That supports the sustainable development goal of quality education.
Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy was born in 2002, born and raised in Da Nang , is 1.76 m tall and has measurements of 80-63-94 cm. In 2022, she was crowned Miss Vietnam organized by Tien Phong Newspaper. Previously, she won the title of Miss University of Foreign Languages under Da Nang University, 1st runner-up in the 2021 Da Nang City Elegant Student Contest.
Huynh Thi Thanh Thuy is the first Vietnamese representative to be crowned Miss International. Before the contest, the beauty also received high praise from the international beauty community.
Miss International is one of the three major beauty pageants in the world, along with Miss World and Miss Universe. It was first held in 1960 and takes place annually in Japan.
