The training course had 126 participants, divided into two classes: one for full-time/part-time IT officials and civil servants (responsible for digital transformation) from 95 communes and wards in the province, and another for officials, civil servants, and specialists from provincial departments and agencies.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the training course, Provincial Party Committee member and Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Dong Nai province, Pham Van Trinh, emphasized: The course is implemented with the goal of raising strategic awareness, equipping in-depth knowledge, and honing essential digital skills for cadres, civil servants, and public employees. The course is specially designed, focusing on the roles of trainees who are experts, specialized/semi-specialized staff in information technology, and those in charge of digital transformation at departments, agencies, and 95 communes and wards in the province.
The training program will provide an overview of the national digital transformation program and the digital transformation plan of Dong Nai province, especially the methodology for building a roadmap and strategy for digital transformation at agencies and units.
