On the evening of June 29, the fourth competition night of the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival - DIFF 2024 took place in Da Nang, with the participation of China and Finland.

With the theme “Made of Fairy Tales - Fairy World ,” the “firework warriors” of the two teams brought the audience to a fireworks party in the night sky of Da Nang.

Summer Song

Coming to DIFF for the first time, the Chinese team brought a performance called "Summer Song" which was completely designed with lighting materials inspired by the art of "traditional hand embroidery", weaving magical colors of China with many breathtakingly beautiful scenes.

Completely different from other competing teams, the Chinese team used 4,000 fireworks of various types, including 3-4-5 inch fireworks and single fireworks.

The Chinese team painted a magical picture of light on the sky of Da Nang, with many impressive shapes and effects.

The music with strong Chinese colors perfectly blends with the four parts of the performance, making the audience feel immersed in the paradise-like beauty of the landscape and unique culture of the country of a billion people.

Representing China is Liuyang Jingduan New-art Display Co., which started out as a leading enterprise in the fireworks display equipment industry in China. Liuyang Jingduan New-art Display Co. has ventured into the performance field, quickly asserting its name and winning many international awards in Russia, Thailand, and China.

Mr. Le Dai Phan, a tourist from Quang Tri, shared: "The Chinese team's fireworks display was so charming and colorful; combined with the music, it took me to a fairyland."

Performance of “a million dreams”

Unlike the performance of the Chinese team, the Joho Pyro Professional Fireworks AB team from Finland "burned up" the Da Nang night with an outstanding fireworks display from 10,000 fireworks of all colors, with continuously changing effects.

With the performance called “A Million Dreams,” the Finnish team took the audience into a magical dream, where fireworks applied completely new effects, along with a unique combination of fireworks and water.

Playing to their strengths, the Finnish team created a symphony of fireworks and music, sometimes calm and drifting, sometimes intense, taking the audience through many emotions.

Finland's Joho Pyro Professional Fireworks AB team was crowned champion at DIFF 2019, winner of the Warsaw International Fireworks Festival 2015; first place at the Montreal International Fireworks Competition, Montreal Canada 2023... The Finnish team's performance officially concluded the final night of the DIFF 2024 qualifying round.

Immediately after the competition night, on the morning of June 30, the Organizing Committee will announce the identities of the two best fireworks teams that will make it to the final night taking place on the evening of July 13. The final night will be broadcast live at 8:10 p.m. on July 13 on VTV1.
