Urgent assistance to flood victims in Long Binh ward, Dong Nai province

Heavy rain from the afternoon of August 20th, continuing until the morning of August 21st, caused serious flooding in some areas near Suoi Linh and Suoi Chua streams (Long Binh ward, Dong Nai province), posing a potential safety risk to residents.

That very night, the Long Binh Ward Police, in coordination with the Fire and Rescue Police force, promptly arrived at the scene to organize rescue efforts, assist in relocating property, and evacuate residents from the deeply flooded area to safety.

The police force also simultaneously disseminated information and reminded people to proactively take preventive measures, closely monitor weather developments, avoid flooded and dangerous areas, and protect their own property and lives.

Elsewhere, authorities, organizations, and residents in flood-affected areas are working to help low-lying households move to safety, urgently organizing rescue efforts, and determined to protect people's lives and property.

Authorities advise people to remain vigilant, especially during periods of heavy and prolonged rainfall, to minimize damage and ensure absolute safety.
