TPO - The Military Command of Son La province held a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of three primary and secondary boarding schools in the border communes of Phieng Pan, Chieng Khuong and Muong Leo.

On October 22, in Phieng Pan commune ( Son La province), the Phieng Pan commune Primary and Secondary Boarding School was built in Mon 1 village, with a total investment of more than 200 billion VND, serving over 1,000 students.

On the same day, in Chieng Khuong commune, the construction of a primary and secondary boarding school began on an area of ​​nearly 5 hectares, with a scale of nearly 1,000 students.

In Muong Leo commune, the project of a primary and secondary boarding school was implemented in Lieng village, with a construction area of ​​more than 4.8 hectares, meeting the learning needs of about 1,000 students.

Construction of 3 primary and secondary boarding schools has begun as part of the plan to deploy 13 educational projects in border communes of Son La province according to Notice No. 81-TB/TW of the Politburo .

The works are built synchronously and modernly with full items: classrooms, department rooms, library, student dormitory, teachers' office, cafeteria, sports area, swimming pool and other auxiliary items.
