Check and review preparations for the BRG Open Golf Championship Da Nang 2024

DNO - On the morning of August 27th, Vice Chairman of the Da Nang City People's Committee Tran Chi Cuong and representatives from various departments and agencies inspected the Legend Danang Golf Resort, the venue for the BRG Open Golf Championship Da Nang 2024 .

After inspecting the preparations at the venues where the tournaments will take place, including the restaurant area, kitchen, press area, driving range, Nicklaus golf course, and welcome party area, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Tran Chi Cuong acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the agencies and units, especially BRG Stadium and the units coordinating the organization of the Asian Tour, in preparing for the tournament. To date, preparations for the tournament are approximately 80% complete.

The visual promotional activities and organizational work were implemented quite well, from inside the stadium to the main roads, attracting passersby. The coordinating units are continuing to finalize preparations for the remaining areas before the tournament begins.

The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee highly appreciated BRG Group and Asian Tour for their technical expertise and organizational work, noting their innovative approaches that created a fresh look for the event and prevented boredom for attendees.

At the same time, it should also be noted that the organizing committee must ensure environmental hygiene, food safety, security and order, etc., to prevent any mistakes from occurring during the event.

Over its three seasons, the BRG Open Golf Championship Da Nang is gradually building a brand for golf tourism in Da Nang, and through these tournaments, it is expected to attract many domestic and international golfers.

Mr. Mark Reeves, Deputy General Director of BRG Group, said that in preparation for this year's season, the organizing committee paid great attention to the environmental landscape surrounding the stadiums where the athletes compete.

Today, we are actively inspecting the areas where the billboards and communication signs will be placed to ensure completion as soon as possible.

In addition, the organizers changed the venue for the golfers' welcome party to an outdoor location to provide an open and comfortable space for golfers and guests to socialize.

At the golf course, BRG Group has adjusted the quality of the grass and the course to provide the best possible playing surface, increasing the attractiveness for golfers.

The BRG Open Golf Championship Da Nang 2024 is scheduled to take place from August 29th to 31st, with the participation of 144 top golfers from Vietnam and internationally.
