In November, despite being affected by storms and floods, Da Nang’s tourism industry still achieved impressive business results, demonstrating the city’s enduring appeal. According to the local statistics agency, revenue from accommodation and catering services exceeded VND4,000 billion, up 20% over the same period last year.

Strong growth in revenue and customer base
According to statistics, the total number of visitors served by accommodation establishments in the month reached more than 1.1 million, an increase of 8.5% over the same period. Notably, the number of international visitors accounted for more than half with more than 600,000, affirming Da Nang's position on the international tourism map.
In more detail, revenue from accommodation services reached VND1,200 billion, up 11.8%. Meanwhile, revenue from tourism services also recorded an increase of nearly 13% over the same period last year, reaching more than VND310 billion, especially in the international tourist segment.
The attraction of product diversity
This steady growth is maintained thanks to the diversity of tourism products, effective stimulus programs and many events and festivals held throughout. These factors have contributed to retaining tourists and maintaining spending demand, even when outdoor activities and beach tourism are temporarily interrupted due to weather.
Year-end outlook
Up to now, the total number of guests that accommodation establishments in Da Nang have served is nearly 16.5 million, approaching the target of 17.3 million guests for the whole year.
From now until the end of the year, Da Nang will continue to attract tourists with a series of attractive events and festivals such as Christmas and New Year 2025 programs, art activities on both banks of the Han River and community tourism spaces. The city also implements many special incentive policies for MICE tourists (conferences, seminars) and wedding tourism.
