Disciplining a female principal for many violations

During her time at work, Ms. Hue was determined to have committed many violations in implementing professional regulations, collecting and spending outside the budget, and managing public finance and assets.

On September 4, the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province announced that Director Le Thi Thanh Xuan had signed a decision to discipline Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Hue, Principal of Cao Ba Quat High School (Tan An ward, Dak Lak province) with a warning.

Ms. Hue was found to have committed many violations in implementing professional regulations, collecting and spending outside the budget, and managing public finances and assets. Previously, when she was the Principal of Chu Van An High School, Ms. Hue was disciplined with a reprimand but continued to reoffend, and was then transferred to Cao Ba Quat High School.

At the new unit, Ms. Hue continued to be reported for collecting student fees, cutting down trees... Notably, in the 2024-2025 school year, 16 12th grade students of the school dropped out of school. Among them, some students were said to have had to "voluntarily" apply for leave or reserve their results. After that, 4 students applied to return to school but were rejected by Ms. Hue because she said "even if they took the exam, they would not pass the graduation exam". When many press agencies reported, the provincial Department of Education and Training directed the school to seriously learn from experience and accept the above students. After that, all 4 students passed the high school graduation exam.
