On September 4th, the Department of Education and Training of Dak Lak province announced that Director Le Thi Thanh Xuan had signed a decision to discipline Ms. Huynh Thi Kim Hue, Principal of Cao Ba Quat High School (Tan An ward, Dak Lak province), with a warning.
Ms. Hue has been found to have committed numerous violations in the implementation of professional regulations, off-budget revenue and expenditure, and the management of public finances and assets. Previously, while serving as Principal of Chu Van An High School, Ms. Hue was disciplined with a reprimand but continued to re-offend, after which she was transferred to Cao Ba Quat High School.

At her new position, Ms. Hue continued to face criticism regarding the collection of fees from students and the felling of trees. Notably, during the 2024-2025 school year, 16 12th-grade students dropped out. Some of these students were allegedly required to submit "voluntary" applications to leave school or defer their studies. Subsequently, four students requested to reapply, but Ms. Hue refused, claiming they "wouldn't pass the graduation exam even if they took it." Following media reports, the Provincial Department of Education and Training instructed the school to seriously learn from the experience and reinstate the students. All four students subsequently passed their high school graduation exams.
