Expecting more brilliant achievements of the country

Mr. Le Duc Anh stated that, over the 95 years since the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam, the history of the Vietnamese Revolution has shown that the Party's wise leadership has led the nation to victory after victory, creating miracles in the national liberation revolution, nation-building, and inspiring the spirit of self-reliance and national pride in every Vietnamese citizen. He expressed that, based on these immense historical values, he always places his greatest expectations and trust in the Party's leadership in the new era of national development, so that the Party's will is embraced and followed by all strata of the people. Mr. Le Duc Anh believes that the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party of Vietnam will be successful, formulating strong policies in the new situation. The country's development goals for 2030 (100th anniversary of the Party's founding) and 2045 (100th anniversary of the nation's founding) aim to achieve brilliant socio -economic achievements and enhance Vietnam's position in the international arena.

Mr. Le Duc Anh also believes that it is crucial to ensure the Party's will is consistently conveyed to Party members and the overseas student community, so that each individual becomes an ambassador promoting the image of Vietnam and its people as friendly to international friends, and the overseas student community becomes increasingly strong and has absolute confidence in the Party's leadership.

In this new era – the era of national resurgence, the era of innovation – there will undoubtedly still be some content that is no longer suitable for the current development conditions. Therefore, to meet the demands of the new situation and to build an increasingly strong Party, Comrade Le Duc Anh put forward some suggestions.

Firstly, it's about organizing work from the Party branch level. Each Party branch serves as a bridge between the Party's will and the community in that area. Each Party branch organization needs to change its leadership and connection methods, finding ways to utilize local resources and ensure that information about the Party's innovations and state policies is of interest to and supported by the community, as well as providing feedback to improve work.

Secondly, in the digital age, innovations can lead to consequences such as party members losing their ideals, undergoing "self-evolution," and "self-transformation." Therefore, preserving revolutionary ethics is a requirement for party members themselves, especially those studying and working abroad, where they are exposed to many different ideologies. Consequently, the role of Party branches in these areas is to constantly innovate their methods of activities and leadership, developing practical thematic programs suitable for the party members of the branch.

Thirdly, it is necessary to raise the awareness and capacity of Party members. For Party branches with overseas students, the educational level is generally at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels, as clearly demonstrated in the Party branch meetings, which consistently receive attention and constructive feedback from members. Therefore, the Party committee members must possess sufficient competence and qualities to wholeheartedly serve the common good of the collective. They also need a vision in carrying out their tasks, helping the Party branch connect better with the community in their assigned area. Therefore, the selection of Party committee members for the new term must be given special attention.
