On October 21, the Management Board of Industrial Parks (IPs) of Lam Dong province issued Document No. 479/KCN-DT on strengthening state management of business activities in IPs in the province.
The representative of the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Lam Dong province said that besides the achieved results such as compliance with legal regulations in the fields of investment, construction, environment, fire prevention and fighting... there are still some shortcomings and limitations.
Specifically: Land management of infrastructure investors still has many shortcomings, not meeting requirements such as: The situation of slow land use is still common such as: Phan Thiet Industrial Park (phase 1, 2), Ham Kiem 1, Tam Thang, Phu Hoi, Loc Son... many cases of land use for the wrong purpose, land sublease agreements are not in accordance with regulations, land waste and greatly affect the investment environment in industrial parks in the area.

Illegal construction, construction without permits, and construction not in accordance with planning still occurs frequently and on an increasingly large scale, but has not been handled promptly and thoroughly.
The investment in completing infrastructure and overcoming the conclusions of the environmental inspection agencies of some projects is still slow and does not meet the requirements. Specifically, Phan Thiet Industrial Park (phase 2) has greatly affected the work of attracting investment and the investment environment in the province's industrial parks.
Some industrial park projects are still slow in progress, lacking inspection and supervision and have not been strictly handled, so their efficiency is not high...
To rectify the existing problems, create a healthy, transparent and regulated investment environment, the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Lam Dong province requires infrastructure investors of industrial parks to grasp the actual implementation status of secondary projects in the industrial parks, create a statistical table of project implementation status (early/on schedule/behind schedule) to monitor, report promptly, and resolutely handle cases of slow land use, causing land waste.
The Industrial Park Management Board requires investors in industrial park infrastructure to immediately make a list of projects that are behind schedule or have been delayed in putting land into use for more than 12 months; use land for the wrong purpose, not suitable for the planned industry (send to the Industrial Park Management Board before October 30, 2025).
In addition, it is necessary to regularly monitor the implementation of secondary projects to ensure compliance with regulations; land use objectives and planned investment fields; in accordance with investment registration certificates and other relevant licenses. Maintain good security and order in industrial parks; promptly report and propose handling when detecting violations by investors in industrial parks. Be responsible before the law if there are violations that are not known or not reported promptly.
Lam Dong Provincial Industrial Park Management Board also requires infrastructure investors of industrial parks to report the implementation status of secondary projects in their industrial parks to the Board on a weekly basis.
