Comprising over 54% of the total workforce in the entire system, female officers and employees of the Agricultural and Rural Development Bank ( Agribank ) branches in the province, regardless of their positions, always strive to excel in their assigned tasks and actively participate in the "Excellent in banking work, excellent in household duties" emulation movement.

At Agribank branches, the "Excellent in Banking, Competent in Household Chores" emulation movement is implemented annually in conjunction with the implementation of programs and action plans on gender equality and the advancement of women in each stage. At the same time, the units pay special attention to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of female employees and ensuring they can work with peace of mind and develop their abilities and strengths.

The management boards of Agribank branches in the province consistently prioritize and effectively implement gender equality initiatives, creating favorable conditions for female staff to develop their abilities and contribute their efforts and intellect to the unit's development. As a result, the percentage of female staff holding leadership positions from department level upwards at the branches is steadily increasing. This demonstrates that women in these units are always striving to excel, fulfilling their professional duties while also ensuring they fulfill their roles and responsibilities to their families, in line with the spirit of the "Excellent at banking, excellent at home" emulation movement.

Furthermore, female cadres, union members, and employees of Agribank branches have demonstrated a pioneering and active role in participating in social welfare activities, readily sharing, accompanying, and supporting people and customers through humanitarian and charitable activities in localities throughout the province, such as: supporting the construction of schools, health stations, and houses for the poor; donating nearly 10,000 Tet gifts to poor households and policy beneficiary families, worth 1.5 billion VND. Besides successfully completing their professional duties, female union members and employees of Agribank branches also actively participate in collective activities, contributing together with the collective of cadres, employees, and workers of Agribank branches to cultivate and build the beautiful culture of Agribank through cultural, social welfare, and sports activities.

Besides excelling in banking, female staff at Agribank branches strive to organize their work scientifically and rationally to care for, build, maintain, and protect their families, fulfilling their duties and responsibilities as daughters, wives, and mothers, raising healthy and well-behaved children, and building families that are "prosperous, equal, progressive, and happy."

It can be said that the "Excellent in Banking, Competent in Household Chores" emulation movement among female cadres, employees, and workers at Agribank branches in the province has made a practical contribution to building prosperous, equal, progressive, and happy families. As a result, every year over 96% of women are recognized with the title "Excellent in Banking, Competent in Household Chores," and many have been commended by the Party, the State, the banking sector, and various levels of trade unions, and have held important positions within their units.
