Leaders of the Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin present support gifts in Thai Nguyen.

On October 16th, Colonel Pham Xuan Hung, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin, presented 150 million VND to the Thai Nguyen Provincial Association of Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin to support members affected by Typhoon No. 10 and the remnants of Typhoon No. 11 in the province.

This activity is part of a program to support livelihoods and provide gifts to Agent Orange victims in areas affected by recent natural disasters. At the handover ceremony, Colonel Pham Xuan Hung extended his condolences and encouragement to the affected families, sharing in the difficulties and losses that the people and victims of chemical toxins in Thai Nguyen province are enduring.

Colonel Pham Xuan Hung emphasized: Although the amount of support is not large, it reflects the compassion and concern of the association and the entire society for the victims of Agent Orange. The fair, practical, and targeted distribution of support will contribute to helping the people stabilize their lives sooner.
