Provincial People's Committee leaders inspect the progress of Phu Ha New Urban Area Project and Dong Hai Residential Area Infrastructure Development Project

On August 28, Comrade Phan Tan Canh, Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee inspected the progress of the Phu Ha New Urban Area Project and the Dong Hai Quarter Infrastructure Development Project in Phan Rang - Thap Cham City.

According to the report of the investor of Phu Ha New Urban Area Project, the total area is 48,787.7 m2, of which 85 households and 1 organization had their land recovered. The City People's Committee has issued a Decision on land recovery and compensation for 72 households and 1 organization with land of 46,725.1 m2/53.38 billion VND. Of which, 56 households and 1 organization have handed over the land, the remaining 16 households have not handed over the land; 13 households have not issued a Decision on land recovery. The work of arranging residential land for households whose land was recovered has been divided into plots for resettlement and the demand is 54 plots. In the implementation of construction, the investor has handed over the site to the contractor to handle weak soil and level the site for the handed over land area of about 80,000 m3; Currently implementing the construction of traffic and technical infrastructure works... As for the Dong Hai urban area infrastructure development project, the investor and departments and branches are completing legal procedures, adjusting the detailed construction planning and site clearance...

Speaking at the inspection sites, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested departments and branches to coordinate with the city to focus on removing difficulties and obstacles in terms of land to hand over to the investor; advise on land arrangement for households in the project; the City Land Fund Development Center urgently completes the dossier to mobilize and enforce land recovery for households who have not yet handed over the land; the city organizes dialogues and resolves for households whose land is in the project. The investor needs to focus on speeding up the construction progress of the project and items according to plan... As for the Dong Hai urban area infrastructure development project, the investor and departments and branches have completed legal procedures, adjusted the detailed construction planning and cleared the land to implement the project.
