Signing ceremony of cooperation agreement between Agribank branches and Ninh Binh Provincial Tax Department

On December 3, the Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) Ninh Binh Branch, representing Agribank branches in the province, held a signing ceremony of a cooperation agreement with Ninh Binh Provincial Tax Department on coordinating tax policy guidance, supporting business households in digital transformation and implementing electronic invoices.

Leaders of Agribank Ninh Binh and Ninh Binh Provincial Tax Department signed a cooperation agreement.

According to the agreement, the two sides agreed to strengthen coordination in disseminating and popularizing tax policies and laws; supporting business households to master the registration, declaration and use of electronic invoices, including electronic invoices with tax authority codes and electronic invoices generated from cash registers.

The provincial tax office will provide a list of business households, coordinate training courses and seminars, and receive taxpayer feedback to send to Agribank for timely processing. Both parties commit to strictly comply with regulations on information and data security of business households.

On Agribank's side, the unit is committed to consulting and implementing technological solutions, providing digital transformation support products suitable for business household models such as electronic invoice software generated from cash registers, sales management software, digital signatures, sales equipment, etc.; at the same time, introducing modern financial and banking services, promoting cashless payments and applying digital banking in business management.

The signing of the cooperation agreement not only supports business households in accessing tax policies easily and transparently, but also creates a foundation to promote digital transformation in the household economic sector, one of the important economic groups of Ninh Binh province.

This activity also contributes to reducing production and business costs, increasing transparency in transactions, while improving tax collection efficiency and service quality for taxpayers.

This is also a practical solution to implement the Party and State's policy on private economic development, as well as the goal of comprehensive digital transformation in the Finance and Banking sector.
