It is known that 100% of localities in Ho Chi Minh City will implement online primary school enrollment based on GIS maps with residence as the main basis.

GIS maps in enrollment help students and parents refer to school distances. Students and parents can know how many kilometers the schools will be from their home to make the right choice from the beginning.

2026 is the first year of enrollment in Ho Chi Minh City after merging with Binh Duong and Ba Ria - Vung Tau to become the largest educational city in the country. To date, Ho Chi Minh City has about 2.6 million students with a scale of more than 3,500 public schools.
