In the context of rapid changes at home and abroad, many factors such as economic restructuring, energy transition, the strong development of digital technology and digital economy are having a profound impact on the labor market and social life. These changes require a more comprehensive gender perspective to ensure that women, especially vulnerable groups, have equal opportunities to access jobs, train new skills and participate in the sustainable development process.
