On the morning of June 28, right after the early rain, a large number of cadres and people in residential groups in the wards of Phuc Loi, Long Bien, Viet Hung, and Bo De Moi took to the streets to participate in cleaning the environment in alleys, streets, flower gardens, and public playgrounds. Ward leaders said that environmental sanitation is a task that is regularly given attention in Long Bien district, but will be focused on more strongly in the coming days.

The Ward has also proactively promoted information and propaganda work, arranged bright banners and slogans at the ward headquarters and residential groups.
Phuc Loi Ward also paid attention to implementing the festival atmosphere on cyberspace. The electronic information portal and social networking sites of the ward were decorated with the national flag and the Party flag. Notably, the ward printed leaflets and posted the address and QR code of the Party Committee - Fatherland Front headquarters and the People's Council - People's Committee headquarters to help people easily grasp and look up on the electronic map.
In Viet Hung ward, although it is Saturday, the ward officials and civil servants are still actively carrying out tasks to ensure smooth operations from July 1. The ward's electronic information portal and social networking sites are being urgently edited and completed to ensure consistency, synchronization and timely, complete and widespread information to the people about all activities of the new ward.
In Bo De ward, comrade Pham Bach Dang, in his role as Chairman of the new Bo De ward People's Committee, directly directed units to proactively organize a general cleaning of the headquarters area and surrounding roads; trim trees, and beautify the urban area to create a green - clean - beautiful landscape. The ward leaders determined that this action is to show respect for people when they come to work at public agencies.

Not only creating an atmosphere, the four new wards in Long Bien district are also making every effort to prepare to ensure that the reception of people and the settlement of administrative procedures take place smoothly and effectively right from the first days of the two-level local government model coming into operation. The top goal is to bring the highest satisfaction to the people, as well as to use people's satisfaction as a measure of the effectiveness of administrative arrangements.
On the morning of June 28, officers and civil servants of the wards continued to focus on completing the facilities at the new headquarters. In particular, the area for receiving and returning administrative procedure results was given priority to ensure consistency and modernity. Ward leaders affirmed that they all aim to organize the space of these important places to ensure spaciousness and ventilation, so that people feel most comfortable when coming to work. In Long Bien ward, people coming to do procedures can easily look up information and procedures through computers and touch screens.
Considering quality as the key factor to ensure people's satisfaction, officials and civil servants in the wards of Viet Hung, Long Bien, Bo De and Phuc Loi have arranged and assigned the best personnel to work in departments related to information technology, citizen reception, receiving and handling administrative procedures... Officials and civil servants have also been thoroughly trained on new administrative processes and procedures, especially the changes brought about by the two-tier local government model.
According to Chairman of Long Bien District People's Committee Nguyen Manh Ha, expected to be the new Secretary of Long Bien Ward Party Committee, the ward also focuses on instructing and reminding cadres and civil servants about communication skills, civilized behavior, dedicated and professional service attitude, always listening and answering all questions of the people.
