Joy exploded in the small house of Cong Nguyen's family in village 3, Cam Xuyen commune when the results of the 2025 high school graduation exam were announced. Mr. Tran Thanh Hai - Nguyen's father could not hide his joy: "Right after the exam, he predicted his score, but it was not until today, when we clearly saw the actual score on the computer, that we dared to believe it was true, we were so happy that we cried."

Although his parents are farmers, the work is hard, but Nguyen's learning journey has always been accompanied and encouraged by his family, both mentally and materially. Understanding the hardships and worries, Nguyen always sets goals and tries his best to conquer knowledge so as not to disappoint his parents' hopes and expectations. Therefore, during the learning process, in addition to the support of subject teachers at the specialized school, Nguyen always promotes the spirit of self-study, doing additional types of questions on the Internet and reviewing and supplementing knowledge with his classmates.

Nguyen said: “This year’s exam was within my ability, so I was very confident in doing the test. In particular, in Math, the last probability question was a bit difficult and I lost points on that question. With this score, I hope to become a student at the Faculty of Automation at Hanoi University of Science and Technology.”

With the same score as Cong Nguyen, Khanh Ly's position as co-valedictorian of block A00 did not surprise teachers and classmates, because in the mock exams at school, she always affirmed her number 1 position in block A00 exam scores. Ly shared her joy: "With this score, perhaps my wish to become a student of the Faculty of Mathematics Education - Hanoi National University of Education 1 will come true."

With a total score of 29 (Math 9.5; Chemistry 9.75; Biology 9.75), Tran Van The Luc - Chemistry class 12 (residing in Ha Huy Tap ward) became the valedictorian of block B00 of Ha Tinh. Sharing about his results, Luc said: "Although I tried very hard during my studies, becoming the valedictorian of block B00 of the province made me very happy and quite surprised, because in reality I did not have much time to review knowledge for the exam".

After the National Excellent Student Exam ended in January 2025, Luc started to have time to review knowledge with his classmates to prepare for the 2025 High School Graduation Exam. The third prize in the national Chemistry exam helped him win a "ticket" for direct admission to Hanoi Medical University, but he still decided to enter the exam with the mindset of challenging himself.

Starting later than his friends, Luc was not discouraged. With the solid knowledge he had accumulated before, Luc chose for himself a simple, clear but effective learning method. That is, focusing on mastering basic knowledge, making the most of self-study time, practicing questions and listening to teachers' comments to adjust and supplement missing knowledge. During the learning process, he also spent a lot of time playing sports to both improve his health and reduce exam pressure.

With a score of 29 and the bonus points for national excellent student achievements, The Luc has secured a "ticket" to Hanoi Medical University - the leading university in the country in medical training. He said: "Becoming a medical student has been my dream since I was a child. I want to become a good doctor in the future to help many people reduce the pain of illness."
