Fraudulently sending people to work abroad, appropriating more than 300 million VND

On December 26, Nghi Xuan District Police (Ha Tinh) prosecuted and ordered the temporary detention of Nguyen Hoang Huy (23 years old, residing in Trang Bom District, Dong Nai ) for the crime of Fraudulent appropriation of property.

According to the investigation, from August until now, Huy has created many fake Facebook and Zalo accounts such as "Pham Van Ngoc", "Phan A Kien" and bought junk SIM cards and junk bank accounts.

After that, he posted articles on groups about sending people to work in Taiwan. When the victim asked, Huy took the deposit and cut off contact.

With this trick, Huy carried out a series of scams, appropriating over 300 million VND from many victims nationwide. He used this money for personal expenses.

Nghi Xuan District Police Investigation Agency announces that any victim in the above case is requested to send a petition to this unit at 196 Nguyen Du Street, Giang Thuy Residential Group, Tien Dien Town, Nghi Xuan District.
