Recently, in Minh Xuan ward, there have been many models participating in street parades, creating important highlights, attracting a large number of people and tourists to the Festival.
However, in reality, there are still many models that are not safe and have not been completed; some models do not ensure the theme, aesthetics, customs, offensive costumes, use inappropriate sound and light. During the parade, they left a bad impression on the people and tourists, even causing discontent among the people.

According to regulations, the models must ensure safety, fire prevention, have educational content, and be suitable for traditional customs; costumes, sound, and lighting must be used in accordance with standards and not cause offense. Advertising and hanging signs on the models must also comply with legal regulations, avoiding abuse and reducing the value of the festival.
This regulation aims to improve the quality of performance activities, create a beautiful image in the eyes of people and tourists, and preserve cultural identity.
