During the meeting, the leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hoa Binh province stated that in the first nine months of 2024, the Department had proactively and actively advised the Provincial Party Committee and the People's Committee of Hoa Binh province to issue programs, projects, and plans to concretize and effectively implement the political tasks of the sector.

Tourism promotion and marketing activities organized by the Department are always linked to the preservation and promotion of cultural heritage values, making a positive contribution to economic restructuring, job creation, increased budget revenue, and have initially met the basic criteria to become an important economic sector of the province.

Tourism activities are showing many positive signs, with an estimated 3 million tourists expected to visit the province in the first eight months of 2024. According to Ms. Quach Thi Kieu, Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Hoa Binh province, the resources allocated to the province's cultural sector are currently limited.
