The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just issued Decisions on the announcement of the list of National Intangible Cultural Heritage for folk knowledge: Nam Dinh Pho, Hanoi Pho and Quang Noodles. Previously, the craft of making Banh Chung and Banh Day in Phu Tho, the craft of making Phu Quoc fish sauce, the craft of making Nam O fish sauce... were also recognized as National Intangible Cultural Heritage.
