On January 6, Can Loc District Police, Ha Tinh Province, said that the unit had just discovered TXT (born 2007, My Loc Commune, Can Loc District, Ha Tinh Province) making 201 homemade firecrackers.

During the verification process, My Loc Commune Police clarified that the person who set off the firecrackers was TVH (born 2007, residing in My Loc Commune).

Working with the police, H. admitted to setting off 4 firecrackers at the wedding, which TXT gave H..

Afterwards, the police summoned T. for questioning. The male student said he had learned how to make firecrackers online, then bought the materials to make his own.

At T.'s house, police seized 197 finished firecrackers, 2 blocks of fireworks, 2 boxes of firecrackers, explosives, wires and other materials.

Recently, there have been many heartbreaking incidents across the country involving the arbitrary manufacture of firecrackers. Most of the victims learned how to make firecrackers on social media, without the knowledge or conditions to ensure safety.

As the Lunar New Year 2024 approaches, the situation of crimes and law violations related to the illegal manufacture, production, sale and use of fireworks becomes more and more complicated. This poses unpredictable dangers to life, health, property as well as security and order.
