In the "Prosperous Provinces - Strong Nations" section, hall H6-005, the Quang Ngai province's exhibition booth is themed "Quang Ngai - The Roots of the Revolution, Steadfastly Moving Towards the Future".
This is a powerful message to the people of the whole country about the land and people of Quang Ngai, with its glorious revolutionary tradition.
Eighty years ago, Quang Ngai was one of the first localities to rise up and seize power during the August Revolution.

On March 11th, the Ba Tơ uprising was successful; on August 14th, from Thi Phổ Nhất village (now Đức Tân commune, Quảng Ngãi province), the Quảng Ngãi Provincial Party Committee launched a general uprising that achieved complete victory.
Building on revolutionary traditions and unwavering faith in the Party's leadership, and anticipating a vast new development space with its advantages in marine and forest resources, Quang Ngai confidently joins the rest of the country in entering a new era for the Vietnamese nation.

Strategically located in Central Vietnam, Quang Ngai province not only boasts a long stretch of coastline to the east but also has over 1.06 million hectares of natural forest, including over 308,700 hectares of protection forest; over 93,200 hectares of special-use forest; and over 663,300 hectares of production forest.
These forests are not only the "green lungs" of Quang Ngai province; carbon credits encompass not only the value of reducing greenhouse gas emissions, but also the historical, cultural, humanistic, spiritual, and livelihood values of the ethnic communities in the Truong Son mountain range.

Therefore, the Quảng Ngãi province's exhibition booth and entrance gate were designed to combine the image of a garlic bulb (representing the marine economy) and a ginseng plant (representing the forest economic zone), conveying the message that the province has potential in both sea and forest resources; and the image of hands – symbolizing working together to build a more prosperous and beautiful Quảng Ngãi homeland.
The exhibition features a model of the "National Flagpole on Ly Son Island," located on the summit of Thoi Loi mountain – affirming maritime sovereignty, a historical symbol, and proof of Vietnam's sovereignty over the Hoang Sa and Truong Sa archipelagos.

In addition, the booth recreates the image of the sea and islands, combining the display and introduction of a model of a traditional boat, which Lord Nguyen sailed out to sea to exploit marine resources, measure sea routes, and protect national territorial sovereignty.
This image aims to honor and commemorate the soldiers of Hoang Sa who sacrificed their lives for the sovereignty of the sea and islands; it expresses the principle of "drinking water, remembering the source," and educates patriotism and a sense of responsibility in the younger generation in protecting and developing the country's sea and islands.

The exhibition also showcased the potential and strengths of the province's marine economy and industry through models of industrial clusters, oil refineries, Hoa Phat steel, containers, and large ships conveying information and images of businesses operating in the province.
At the same time, the exhibition displays products from the sea of Quang Ngai such as: giant conch shells (Tridacna gigas), a species listed in the Red Book of Vietnam, a rare species that needs priority protection; garlic from the Ly Son special economic zone, Sa Huynh salt, onions, and sugar from Quang Ngai.
Locals and visitors to the Quang Ngai province exhibition booth will not want to miss the space showcasing the economic potential of forests, high-tech agriculture, and medicinal plants.

Vividly recreating the forest space associated with the national treasure "Ngoc Linh Ginseng of Kon Tum - Vietnam," this space displays medicinal herbs from the forest, typical OCOP agricultural products from the forest such as: pure forest honey, Ngoc Linh ginseng, purple cardamom, Centella asiatica, Polygonum multiflorum...; handicrafts made from bamboo, rattan, and other similar plants; herbs, forest teas, natural fragrances; wood carvings and recycled products from forest materials.
The exhibition space showcasing the cultural heritage of Quang Ngai province is also diverse and rich. It includes presentations on the ancient Sa Huynh culture, dating back approximately 3,000-2,000 years; the Lung Leng archaeological site, representing prehistoric inhabitants in western Quang Ngai; My Thien ceramics; and artifacts from the pre-revolutionary period and the August Revolution, such as those from the Xu Water Movement, the Xop Dui resistance village, the Ba To uprising, the Tra Bong uprising, and the Van Tuong victory.

According to Ms. Bach Thi Man, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Ngai province, the exhibition also features demonstrations introducing the traditional weaving crafts of the Gie-Trieng, Xo Dang, and H're ethnic groups, as well as pottery demonstrations and performances of gong and T'rưng instrument music.
An introduction to the culture, socio-economic achievements, national security and defense, the people's national defense posture; movements and action programs of the provincial armed forces; the construction and protection of border and maritime sovereignty; investment attraction areas of the province; and businesses... are all presented on a large LED screen in the center of the exhibition space.

Alongside this are experiential activities: the "Taste of the Sea - Soul of the Forest" space shares the origins and stories associated with Quang Ngai cuisine; an experience space for tasting OCOP products, guiding methods for preparing some unique dishes with distinctive flavors from local ingredients for diners to enjoy and experience.
At the "Green Culinary Train" booth, Quang Ngai province introduced typical and characteristic dishes: Don dish, leaf salad, dishes made from ginseng, medicinal herbs, and ingredients from localities within the province...
“Quang Ngai is now a province with many advantages from its forests and seas, and it is also a heroic land rich in cultural identity. All those values have been preserved and promoted. Today, we will continue the legacy of our forefathers so that Quang Ngai will develop further in line with the trends of the times,” said Ms. Bach Thi Man.
