(Baothanhhoa.vn) - On July 20, the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa issued Official Dispatch No. 2427/SGDĐT-VP on focusing on responding to storm No. 3 in 2025, sent to communes, wards, schools, and affiliated educational institutions.

Thanh Hoa education sector proactively responds to storm No. 3

The path of storm No. 3 according to the 5:00 p.m. bulletin on July 20 from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting.

To proactively respond to natural disasters, minimize damage to people and property, especially in schools and educational institutions across the province, the Director of the Department of Education and Training requested the Heads of the Department of Culture and Social Affairs of communes and wards in the province; Heads of affiliated units to seriously implement the contents of Official Dispatch No. 06/CD-UBND dated July 19, 2025 of the Provincial People's Committee on focusing on responding to storm No. 3 in 2025.

Closely monitor the developments of storm No. 3; be on duty 24/7; regularly update information from authorities, rescue forces and local authorities to have timely response plans.

Thanh Hoa Department of Education and Training also requested units and schools to make plans to move assets, machinery, equipment, tables and chairs of schools and educational facilities to safe places to avoid damage and breakdown.

Immediately after the storm, organize cleaning of schools, repair damage to facilities, and ensure safety.
