On November 11th, the Vietnam Computerized Lottery Company (Vietlott) announced that it had awarded the Jackpot 1 prize of the Power 6/55 product, draw number 1,105, worth nearly 149 billion VND, to Mr. P (residing in District 8, Ho Chi Minh City). This is the third largest prize awarded since the beginning of the year.

According to regulations, Mr. P. is obligated to pay personal income tax at the ticket issuing location, Ho Chi Minh City, on a total value of nearly 14.9 billion VND (10% of the prize value), which will be deducted immediately upon receiving the prize.
Previously, on October 26th, Vietlott confirmed that one ticket won Jackpot 1 in draw number 1,105. The lucky winner was Mr. P. This man purchased his self-selected lottery ticket at a lottery ticket sales point on Hoa Binh Street (Hoa Thanh Ward, Tan Phu District).

Mr. P. stated that he lives and runs a freelance business in District 8. He has been a regular buyer of Vietlott's self-selected lottery products since 2016. He shared that buying lottery tickets is a weekend pastime to relax after stressful workdays. He usually buys tickets worth 20,000-30,000 VND each time and has maintained this hobby for over 8 years. His lucky ticket, worth 20,000 VND, had two sets of numbers automatically selected by the machine.
At the awards ceremony, Mr. P. donated 1 billion VND to the Tam Tai Viet Social Fund to carry out social welfare activities.
