The Vietnam Computerized Lottery Company (Vietlott) recently awarded the Mega 6/45 Jackpot prize to Mr. LNQ, a Viettel subscriber, via the Vietlott SMS channel. Mr. Q currently resides in Hanoi.

Through verification of the lottery business data system and accompanying personal records, Vietlott has confirmed that Mr. LNQ is the lucky winner of the Mega 6/45 lottery Jackpot in draw number 1,438, with a value of nearly 62 billion VND.

Mr. Q shared that he happened to be browsing Facebook that day and saw the news that the Mega 6/45 jackpot had exceeded 60 billion VND.

He immediately topped up his Vietlott SMS account with 200,000 VND and spent it all on lottery tickets. The numbers he bought that day were all randomly selected by the system.

"I was very surprised to receive the winning notification, but I still believe it because I've won many smaller prizes before. I'll plan how to use the money wisely in the future," Mr. Q said.

According to regulations, Mr. Q is obligated to pay personal income tax in Hanoi , the place where he registered to participate in the lottery, on an amount of nearly 6.18 billion VND (10% of the value exceeding 10 million VND), which will be deducted immediately upon receiving the prize.

At the awards ceremony, Mr. Q donated 500 million VND to social welfare programs through the Tam Tai Viet Fund.

Vietlott identifies the winner of the over 13 billion VND jackpot tonight . Vietlott has just identified a winning ticket for the Mega 6/45 jackpot worth over 13 billion VND. Recently, the company has continuously recorded cases of jackpot winners in this product.
