Quickly help people stabilize their lives

Vice President of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee Hoang Cong Thuy received support from the Vietnam Geological Survey - Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment .

Presenting the donation to the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, Mr. Tran Binh Trong, Director of the Vietnam Geological Survey, said that, in the face of the heavy damage caused by storm No. 3 to people in the northern provinces, the Vietnam Geological Survey has joined hands to raise funds to send to people in the northern provinces.

"Hopefully, the contributions of the Vietnam Geological Survey will help people overcome difficulties, soon restore and develop production, and return to normal life," Mr. Tran Binh Trong shared.

Expressing sympathy and sharing the losses suffered by people in the northern provinces due to natural disasters, Mr. Reha Denemec, Chairman of the Turkish IC Holding Group, said that in 2023, Turkey experienced a strong earthquake, causing great loss of life and property. In response to Turkey's call for assistance from the international community, Vietnam sent rescue forces to Türkiye, regardless of difficulties, to support the search for victims after the earthquake disaster.

"In front of Vietnam's noble gesture, recently storm No. 3 caused heavy damage to the Vietnamese people, we feel that we have the responsibility and obligation to accompany the people of the Northern provinces to overcome this difficult period, contributing to strengthening the solidarity and sharing between the people of the two countries," Mr. Reha Denemec expressed.

Vice President Hoang Cong Thuy received support from IC Ictas Company, Turkiye.

Receiving the kindness of agencies, units, organizations and individuals at home and abroad, Vice President Hoang Cong Thuy affirmed that these are noble gestures, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity, together giving deep concern and sincere feelings towards the people in the flood-hit areas; at the same time, sending thanks to the people and business community of Türkiye for always caring, supporting and accompanying Vietnam in building and developing the country.

Vice Chairman Hoang Cong Thuy said that storm No. 3 has caused heavy losses in human lives and property in 26 northern provinces and cities. Responding to the call of the Presidium of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, in recent days, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee has received many resources from agencies, organizations, individuals as well as international friends who have joined hands to support people to have more resources to overcome the consequences caused by storm No. 3. These are precious hearts, deep feelings, creating great strength for people in difficult areas to have more motivation to rebuild their lives.

"From the amount received, the Central Relief Mobilization Committee will publicly and transparently distribute the support resources to localities in batches to provide timely support, to the right addresses, and to the right subjects to people in areas suffering heavy damage from storms and floods, and to soon stabilize production and business," Vice Chairman Hoang Cong Thuy pledged.

On the same day, Mr. Nguyen Anh Duc, representative of the Foreign Affairs and Overseas Vietnamese Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, received support from the Company, Trade Union and employees of Bao Viet Insurance Company Limited.
MSIG Vietnam Non-Life Insurance; iM Bank, Ho Chi Minh City branch donated 100 million VND. Mr. Dang Thanh Phuong, Deputy Head of the Foreign Affairs and Overseas Vietnamese Department of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee, received support from Taisei Vietnam Development Co., Ltd. in the amount of 40 million VND; the Vietnam Business Association in Japan (VJBA) donated 285 million VND; the Department of Nature Conservation and Biodiversity - Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment donated 37.76 million VND.
