On the afternoon of August 29, the Executive Committee of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee held a press conference to inform about the 16th Bac Ninh Provincial Party Congress (term 2025-2030). Ms. Nguyen Thi Huong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee attended and chaired the press conference.
At the press conference, Mr. Nguyen Quang Dong - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs of Bac Ninh province, informed about 6 key projects of Bac Ninh province that were started, inaugurated and put up signs to welcome the Congress of Delegates of Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee (term 2025 - 2030) and celebrate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution, National Day September 2 (1945 - 2025). Notably, in the 6 key projects, there are 3 projects on education and training (GD&DT).
Specifically, the Hanoi Law University Campus 2 project was inaugurated and put up a signboard by Bac Ninh province on August 19. Hanoi Law University Campus 2, with a total investment of nearly 1,800 billion VND. The Hanoi Law University Campus 2 Construction Investment Project in Tu Son town (Bac Ninh province) was invested in construction with a total floor area of 93,125m2.
Next is the construction of the facilities of Bac Giang Specialized High School. The ribbon was cut on the same day as the Law School, Campus 2 (August 19) and a sign was put up to welcome the Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.
This is a project built from 2024 with a total investment of more than 44.8 billion VND, including a 4-storey building with a system of classrooms, administrative management rooms, functional rooms to support learning, with a total floor area of nearly 4.1 thousand m2. In addition, there are auxiliary items and technical infrastructure (transformer station, pumping station, campus, water supply and drainage system...). The project marks an important step in completing the school's facilities, demonstrating Bac Ninh province's interest in education, especially in talent training.
On the same day, August 19, along with the above two projects, in Vo Cuong ward (Bac Ninh province), the groundbreaking ceremony of the Student Skills Training and Development Center Project took place, with a signboard to welcome the Congress of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, with a total investment of more than 352.5 billion VND.
The project has a construction scale of 9.2 hectares, aiming to form a modern, synchronous educational center, expanding the scientific training system, life skills education and vocational skills for students in the province.
The project location is adjacent to planned roads from 22.5m to 35m wide, with parking lots, ensuring convenience for organizing activities and connecting infrastructure. The Student Training and Skills Development Center project aims at 4 core values: Building a high-quality educational environment, educating life skills and creative thinking; creating a unique experiential space where students can both study, work and explore. At the same time, preserve and promote traditional identity through craft villages and cultural activities; make practical contributions to local socio-economic development, contributing to promoting the image of Bac Ninh on the national education map.
