Lam Dong Aluminum maintains its "3 No's" goal, aiming for safe and sustainable development.

On December 12th, Lam Dong Aluminum Company – TKV held a conference to summarize its work on safety, environment, disaster prevention, and military security in 2025; and to implement tasks for 2026. Nearly 160 delegates attended the conference.

Mr. Nguyen Duc Thai, Deputy Director of Lam Dong Aluminum Company, delivered the opening remarks at the conference.

During the period 2021-2025, the company achieved many outstanding results: producing 3.7 million tons of alumina equivalent, generating revenue of 17.4 trillion VND, and a profit of 445 billion VND; average income reached 16.5 million VND/person-month.

In 2025 alone, production is projected to reach 741,000 tons, revenue 3,763 billion VND, profit 115.26 billion VND; and employee income will increase to 19.5 million VND/month.

Workplace safety and hygiene have seen many positive changes, with a sharp decrease in workplace accidents, and the goal is to have no workplace accidents by 2025.

The company has essentially achieved its "Three No's" goal: No violations of the law; No serious workplace accidents; No serious environmental incidents or fires.

Over the past year, the unit has accelerated digital transformation by implementing production order management software and a MES system, improving management efficiency. The company continues to maintain ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications, building a "Bright - Green - Clean" working environment.

Emphasis is placed on caring for employees, improving working conditions, meal allowances, and welfare benefits, contributing to strengthening trust and loyalty to the company.

By 2025, the company will ensure there are no fires, explosions, or environmental incidents; security and order, and the mine boundaries are maintained.

Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of Lam Dong Aluminum Company, delivered a speech at the conference.

Entering 2026, the company is determined to continue upholding the "3 No's" objective, strengthening discipline, mechanization and automation, improving the effectiveness of propaganda and training, and strictly handling violations.

The conference also awarded five outstanding collectives for their work in occupational safety and health, disaster prevention, and military security in 2025.

The implementation of Action Program No. 48/CTr-TKV, in conjunction with Resolution No. 08-NQ/ĐU of the Party Committee of the Group, has been promptly concretized by the Party Committee of Lam Dong Aluminum Company through resolutions, programs, and plans that closely match practical conditions, clearly demonstrating the comprehensive and continuous leadership role of the Party organization in safety, environment, and production management.

This is the foundation for Lam Dong Aluminum to develop safely, stably, and sustainably in the next phase.
