Tomorrow (December 10), a series of strong sports of Vietnam will compete. At noon, Vietnamese taekwondo athletes will enter the medal round of the martial arts events, which are our strengths.

The mixed doubles, men's team, women's team, and mixed freestyle will compete in turn. Nguyen Trong Phuc, Nguyen Thi Kim Ha, Pham Quoc Viet, Nguyen Thien Phung, Le Ngoc Han, and Le Tran Kim Uyen can bring home gold medals for the Vietnamese delegation in these events. Taekwondo will compete at Island Fashion Hall (Bangkok).
Another event that could win a gold medal for the Vietnamese delegation tomorrow is canoeing (competing in Pattaya, Chonburi). Our hope in this event is Nguyen Thi Huong, who won a gold medal at the 31st SEA Games in 2022 on home soil.
Also in canoeing, Diep Thanh Huong and Pham Hong Quan can also bring home gold medals for the Vietnamese sports delegation.

Among the sports that can win us gold medals tomorrow, swimming is worth noting. Vietnam's very strong swimmer Tran Hung Nguyen will compete in the qualifying round in the morning and may compete in the final in the evening, at the Hua Mark Aquatics Palace (Bangkok).
Tran Hung Nguyen has a chance to win gold medal in his specialty event, the men's 200m medley.
The remaining sports that can help the Vietnamese sports delegation win their first gold medals at the 33rd SEA Games include jujitsu (competing in Saraburi, about 150km from Bangkok), petanque (competing in Thammasat, Pathum Thani province) and cycling (competing in Chonburi).
