The artist recounted: “Standing in Ba Dinh Square, I felt an immense sense of sacredness. The feeling at that moment was truly indescribable: both emotional and proud. Amidst the vast and solemn space, I felt so small but also so honored to be standing where President Ho Chi Minh read the Declaration of Independence.”

She believes this moment will stay with her forever. "For me, it is an honor to sing and perform at a place of such great historical significance. This event is a major milestone for the country, and I feel fortunate to be alive and contributing during this historic moment."

She won first prize in the first season of the Sao Mai singing competition (2001) with the song "Bóng cây Kơ-nia" by composer Phan Huỳnh Điểu, with lyrics by Ngọc Anh.

Currently, she is the Deputy Head of the Vocal Department at the Vietnam National Academy of Music.
