NTO - Party Committee - Provincial Military Command met at the beginning of the year of Giap Thin 2024

On February 15th, the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command organized a meeting with officers and commanders of the provincial armed forces' agencies and units to celebrate the Lunar New Year of the Dragon 2024. Colonel Luu Xuan Phuong, Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee and Commander of the Provincial Military Command, presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, the Provincial Military Command listened to reports from commanders of agencies and units on the results of performing tasks before, during, and after Tet, especially the combat readiness tasks during Tet. Colonel Luu Xuan Phuong, Standing Committee member of the Provincial Party Committee and Commander of the Provincial Military Command, commended the agencies and units for organizing Tet activities for the people and a series of spring festivities for the troops, ensuring safety, economy, joy, and healthiness; and maintaining strict combat readiness before, during, and after Tet. Looking ahead to 2024, and focusing on key tasks in the first quarter, the Commander of the Provincial Military Command requested that Party committees and commanders of agencies and units continue to thoroughly understand the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws and regulations, closely monitor the local situation, and ensure all preparations for the 2024 military recruitment ceremony are well-executed. Continue to implement preparatory work, practice transitioning to combat readiness, and organize the 2024 training commencement ceremony well.

At the meeting, the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command also announced the decisions of the Ministry of National Defense on the reorganization of the Provincial Military Command, the District Military Commands, and units directly under the Provincial Military Command; and announced the decisions of the Military Region on the transfer and appointment of 14 officers and professional soldiers from agencies and units of the provincial armed forces.
