Dak Lak Province's female entrepreneurs sign trade cooperation agreement with North Gyeonggi Women Entrepreneurs Association

The memorandum of cooperation between the Dak Lak Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association and the North Gyeonggi Women Entrepreneurs Association is valid for 5 years (2024-2029).

On August 26th, at the Kotam Eco -tourism Area in Dak Lak, the Dak Lak Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association and the North Gyeonggi Women Entrepreneurs Association of South Korea held a meeting and signed a cooperation agreement for trade.

The meeting attracted over 150 female business representatives from Dak Lak province and Gyeonggi province. Both sides exchanged information, introduced typical activities, shared member information, and highlighted key products for which market connections could be expanded between Gyeonggi and Dak Lak provinces.

On this occasion, the Dak Lak Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association signed a memorandum of cooperation with the North Gyeonggi branch of the Korean Women Entrepreneurs Association. Members of both associations also signed 23 pairs of memorandums of cooperation in various fields such as tourism, services, textile industry, agricultural products, cosmetics, social welfare, etc.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh, President of the Dak Lak Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association, this is an opportunity for both sides to meet, exchange information on cooperation needs, expand markets, and open up many opportunities for product exchange between member businesses in the future. "Hopefully, through this business trip, Korean women entrepreneurs will gain a better understanding of the socio -economic development situation of Dak Lak province. Based on that, they can implement practical and effective cooperation agreements, contributing to strengthening cooperation and promoting socio-economic development between Vietnam and Korea," Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Anh emphasized.

Ms. Sin Young Yee, President of the Korean Women Entrepreneurs Association (North Gyeonggi Branch), stated that the signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Dak Lak Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association and the Korean Women Entrepreneurs Association (North Gyeonggi Branch) marks an important step forward, opening up many new cooperation opportunities for the two localities. This is the beginning for women-owned businesses to cooperate in trade, develop the economy, and contribute more to both countries.

It is understood that the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Dak Lak Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association and the North Gyeonggi Women Entrepreneurs Association is valid for 5 years (2024-2029). The two sides will cooperate in implementing market development projects, involving member companies of both organizations; deploying projects to expand business into South Korea and Vietnam; and facilitating and arranging the best possible reception for delegations from both sides visiting and working in South Korea and Vietnam.

The signing of the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Dak Lak Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association and the North Gyeonggi Branch of the Korean Women Entrepreneurs Association is an important step, opening up many new opportunities, helping women entrepreneurs to learn from each other, share experiences, and implement many cooperative trade activities in the future, contributing to promoting the economic and social development of both provinces. The event also marks a new step in the cooperative relationship between Dak Lak and Gyeonggi provinces, promoting the development of women entrepreneurs and contributing to enhancing the position of women entrepreneurs in the economies of both Vietnam and Korea.
