Water level rises, unable to patch Lo River dike connecting Phu Tho and Tuyen Quang

The road to Ho Xanh area (Hop Nhat commune) was submerged in floodwaters. According to the leaders of Doan Hung district, Phu Tho province, on the evening and night of September 10, in the face of the river water continuing to rise, the risk of dike breaching was present, along with more than 100 officers, soldiers, militia and self-defense forces from neighboring communes mobilized and reinforced by the Doan Hung district Military Command, the local forces of Hop Nhat commune focused on supporting people to evacuate their property.
