  • Ca Mau solemnly celebrates the 85th anniversary of its revolutionary tradition and the 65th anniversary of the sister city relationship between Ca Mau and Ninh Binh.

On the morning of December 8th, the provincial delegation visited and presented gifts, expressing deep gratitude to the family of People's Armed Forces Hero Phan Ngọc Hiển , through Mr. Trần Hùng Việt - a relative of the fallen soldier.

Mr. Nguyen Minh That, Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Affairs, expressed his gratitude to Heroic Martyr Phan Ngoc Hien.

At the gift-giving ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Minh That, Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Affairs, expressed his gratitude to Heroic Martyr Phan Ngoc Hien, a steadfast communist soldier and courageous leader who left a glorious mark on the revolutionary struggle history of Ca Mau and Southern Vietnam. He affirmed that the Party Committee, the military, and the people of Ca Mau province always cherish and remember the great contributions of the heroic martyrs in the Hon Khoai Uprising, considering them as motivation to continue striving and building a more prosperous homeland.

The delegation from the Ca Mau Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee presented gifts to Mr. Tran Hung Viet, a relative of Heroic Martyr Phan Ngoc Hien.

The Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Affairs extended best wishes for health and happiness to Mr. Tran Hung Viet and his family; and expressed hope that the family would continue to uphold exemplary revolutionary traditions, serving as a role model for the younger generation to follow.

Expressing his feelings at the gift receiving ceremony, Mr. Tran Hung Viet sent his thanks to the provincial leaders for always caring, remembering and respecting those who contributed to the revolution. This is a meaningful source of spiritual encouragement for the family on the occasion of the 85th anniversary of the Hon Khoai Uprising; the family will continue to promote the revolutionary tradition, contributing to the development of the homeland of Ca Mau.
