Car burst into flames on Lang Street

TPO - On the afternoon of June 13, a Hanoi- licensed car was suddenly on fire on Lang Street (Hanoi), causing panic among many people.

The car was completely burned inside. Photo shared by people on social media.

The incident happened at around 3:00 p.m. the same day at the traffic light at the intersection of Lang and Nguyen Chi Thanh streets (Hanoi).

At that time, a Hanoi-licensed taxi traveling to the above location suddenly caught fire. Upon discovering the incident, the male driver moved the car closer to the To Lich riverside area.

Not long after, the car was engulfed in flames and smoke. Some people nearby used fire extinguishers to put out the fire and informed the authorities.

After the fire was extinguished, the car was badly damaged, the front window was broken, the seats and interior of the car were burned.

By 4pm the same day, the car was removed from the scene. The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
