The National E-commerce Week and Vietnam Online Shopping Day (Online Friday 2024) will take place from November 25th to December 1st with the message "Proud of Vietnamese Products" in the online environment.
According to the Department of E-commerce and Digital Economy ( Ministry of Industry and Trade ), at this event, in order to stimulate consumer demand and encourage the purchase of Vietnamese goods on the TikTok Shop platform, the platform will launch a series of discount vouchers offering 15-20% off throughout the event.
In response to the program, representatives from the e-commerce platform Lazada also announced that they will sponsor thousands of discount vouchers with discounts of 8%, 10%, and 12%, worth up to 400,000 VND, as well as free shipping vouchers. In particular, during the 60-hour online shopping event, Lazada will give customers 1,000 vouchers worth 50,000 VND each.
This is a great opportunity for Vietnamese products to make a strong impression on consumers.
In addition, the livestream shopping event taking place at the Hanoi Children's Palace from November 29th to December 1st will be the highlight of this year's online shopping season.
The event brings together 10 livestream booths, a series of livestreams designed in close collaboration with leading e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop, Sendo, etc. Four of these livestream booths will represent typical genuine product categories/brands on e-commerce platforms, and six will represent six regions of the country.
E-commerce platforms will coordinate with the Departments of Industry and Trade to promote regional specialty products.
Each booth is expected to be a vibrant canvas, representing the diverse regions, rich cultures, and unique specialties of Vietnam. Here, visitors can not only explore the diverse cultural spaces of different regions but also experience shopping for high-quality Vietnamese products.
A highlight of the event was the livestream booth of Sendo Farm, a subsidiary of FPT Group. The booth showcased many OCOP (One Commune One Product) specialties with the goal of digitizing agricultural products.
