I only joined Hanoi FC two months ago. From the moment I arrived at Hanoi FC, during the first few training sessions, I felt the team's passion. When we step onto the field, the players all set the highest goal: to win.
We've had two consecutive wins recently, which will be a huge motivation for Hanoi FC heading into the next match against Pohang. I think the players and coaching staff are in very good spirits going into this match, and I hope the whole team will give their all to achieve the best possible result."
In the first leg, Hanoi FC suffered a 2-4 defeat against Pohang Steelers at My Dinh Stadium. The second leg will take place at 5:00 PM on November 29th in South Korea.
Commenting on the match, coach Le Duc Tuan said: "Recently, Hanoi FC had a successful home game, winning 2-1 against Wuhan Three Towns. Continuing that spirit, we come here with confidence to put on a dedicated performance and try to achieve the best possible result against Pohang Steelers."
Each tournament and each year is different. This season, we've only earned 3 points so far. In the remaining two matches, Hanoi FC's goal remains the same: to surpass the achievements of previous Vietnamese teams in the AFC Champions League.

In the coming period, Hanoi FC will face a very packed schedule (4 matches in 15 days), which will be very difficult for the team. The coaching staff will sit down to discuss and arrange training plans as well as player selection to suit each match."
Speaking about the fighting spirit and goals for the remaining matches in the continental competition, coach Le Duc Tuan emphasized: "There may be thoughts that we will give up on the AFC Champions League, but that's not the case."
The AFC Champions League is a major competition, and Hanoi FC represents Vietnamese football. Beyond cultural considerations, we want to showcase our abilities and skill to the best of our ability.
Hanoi FC has a very good pool of players. The young players are all members of the Vietnamese youth or senior national teams. We carefully consider our personnel to achieve the best possible results.
The goal for Hanoi FC's coaching staff and players is, of course, to win and get three points. But depending on the developments on the field, the team will make changes and adjustments. We will try to at least get a point against Pohang."
