In recent times, the company has focused its investment resources on installing electronic meters with remote measuring devices (replacing the previous mechanical meters). Accordingly, the number of electronic meters in the company up to this point is 424,869, accounting for 89.75% of the total number of meters; the number of remote measuring electronic meters is 372,154, accounting for 78.62% of the total number of meters.

The company aims to achieve 82% of remote electronic meters/total number of meters in the whole company by the end of 2023.

When using electronic meters with remote measuring devices, at the time of recording meter readings, electricity workers only need to sit at their offices, all data on each customer's electricity readings will be updated quickly and accurately through electronic software.
