One person was found dead in a boarding house in Coc Leu ward.

According to information from the People's Committee of Coc Leu Ward, Lao Cai City, on the afternoon of June 29th, a person was found dead in a rented house in residential area 10.

The incident occurred in Nguyen Khang alley, Coc Leu ward.

Specifically, at approximately 2 PM on June 29th, upon receiving a report from the public about the discovery of Mr. Nguyen Duc H., born in 1976, residing on Dien Bien Street, dead at his rented house number 002, Nguyen Khang Alley, Group 10, Coc Leu Ward; the ward's authorities arrived to secure the scene and reported the incident to higher authorities for investigation and clarification.

According to initial verification, during the period of renting the house from March 22, 2024 to the present, Mr. H. had poor health due to pancreatitis and had undergone surgery. According to the landlord and neighbors, it is estimated that Mr. Nguyen Duc H. died approximately 1-5 days prior to the current date.

Initial examination revealed no signs of external force on the body. There were no signs of foul play.

Authorities have completed the necessary procedures and handed over the body to the family for burial.
