At the time of the inspection on September 8, the Inspection Team discovered that the household business production facility owned by NVL (born in 1978) was producing and trading a large quantity of baby diapers and sanitary napkins identified as counterfeit branded goods, without invoices or documents proving the origin and legality of the goods.

The inspection team requested the NVL business household to temporarily stop production, seal the entire machinery and equipment chain, and temporarily detain all counterfeit products and raw materials.
At the scene, the Inspection Team identified a chain of machinery and equipment serving the production process of various types of sanitary napkins. NVL confessed to having purchased raw materials on the market to produce counterfeit products including: paper, cotton, glue, tape, nylon paper, on nylon rolls pre-printed with Diana and Thach Thao brands at cheap prices without invoices or documents, then processed and manufactured to package into finished products.
The inspection team requested the NVL business household to temporarily stop production, seal the entire machinery and equipment chain, and temporarily detain all counterfeit products and raw materials to continue verifying and handling according to legal regulations.
