The Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee commended the communes for proactively and effectively implementing the "4 on-site" motto (on-site command, on-site forces, on-site means, on-site logistics), not waiting for or relying on superiors.
In the coming time, Mr. Tran Nam Hung requested that localities pay special attention to ensuring absolute safety for people's lives, promptly evacuating households at risk of landslides, flooding, and deep flooding to safe places.
He also praised the people's spirit of self-reliance in proactively stockpiling food and necessities. At the same time, he highly appreciated the efforts of local authorities in ensuring living conditions and taking care of people's lives at evacuation sites.

In addition, the Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee requested to focus on overcoming landslides, quickly clearing important traffic routes, avoiding prolonged congestion. For national highways and arterial roads, the Department of Construction will preside over and coordinate with relevant forces to ensure safe traffic.
Forces directly involved in restoring and clearing the route need to coordinate to regulate traffic properly, ensuring absolute safety for people and vehicles.
Localities continue to promote the spirit of "4 on-site". In case of lack of means, materials and equipment, it is necessary to immediately report to the Department of Construction for timely coordination and support. Mr. Hung especially noted that it is necessary to ensure absolute safety for the task force at landslide sites and dangerous areas.
In the long term, Mr. Tran Nam Hung suggested that departments, branches and localities research and implement fundamental and sustainable solutions. The goal is to help people proactively adapt to natural disasters and climate change, contributing to minimizing risks, stabilizing life and developing the local economy and society.
