According to the Decision, Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha is Deputy Head of the COP26 Steering Committee.

Completing the COP26 Steering Committee members, including: Minister of Natural Resources and Environment Do Duc Duy (Standing Member); Minister of Justice Nguyen Hai Ninh (Member).

This Decision takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation (September 24, 2024).
