Regarding the incident of a male parent storming into the school and beating a student in the classroom, at noon on September 25, Mr. Le Cong Thong - principal of Nguyen Du Secondary School, Tam Ky City, Quang Nam - said that the same morning the school had invited parents and students to a meeting.

The male parent who beat the student in the middle of the class felt very regretful, realizing that he was very hot-tempered and should have reported the incident to the school.

The parents admitted their mistakes and accepted their faults. All three parents agreed that this incident would end and not happen again, and that there would be no complaints or lawsuits.

According to Mr. Thong, the school's view is to invite parents to work first, have a record of the meeting with parents, the school will report to the police and the Departmentof Education and Training.

"The incident of entering the school to beat the student was completely wrong. The parent admitted his mistake and said he would not do it again," said Mr. Thong.

The leader of the Department of Education and Training of Tam Ky City said that they are waiting for the school's report and have directed the staff to report to the People's Committee of Tam Ky City to handle the incident.
