Along with the whole country, in recent years, cadres, members and women in Ninh Thuan have competed to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style through practical models and actions. From there, creating positive changes in awareness and action, arousing women's efforts in studying, working and producing, building the image of Vietnamese women in the new era, with knowledge, morality, health, and responsibility for themselves, their families, society and the Fatherland.

Comrade Phan Thi Ngan Hanh, Chairwoman of the Provincial Women's Union, said: In order for the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style to be widely and effectively implemented, becoming a regular and annual task, the Provincial Women's Union has developed a plan and launched the emulation movement "Building Vietnamese women of the new era" in conjunction with implementing Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo to each cadre, member and woman. Along with that, the union at all levels has linked the study and following of Uncle Ho with the union's work tasks; focusing on building and improving the capacity of grassroots union cadres; promoting the application of information technology and digital transformation; deploying and replicating support models, encouraging members and women to develop the economy, build new rural areas and civilized urban areas; promoting good practices and typical women to create a positive ripple effect in the community; At the same time, maintain and effectively implement models of thrift practice, humanitarian charity to help students, women, and children in difficult circumstances to rise up in life...

From 2021 to present, the Provincial Women's Union has launched and effectively maintained the implementation of the "Godmother" program to support the care and nurturing of orphans, especially children who have lost their parents due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Through the implementation of the program, in 2023, the association at all levels sponsored 75 orphans, bringing the total number of sponsored children to 272 (including 31 children who were orphaned due to the COVID-19 pandemic); strongly mobilized benefactors and allocated the association's fund with an amount of 563 million VND to give gifts, charity houses, scholarships, savings books, books, school supplies, etc. to 1,752 members of the Youth Union, orphans and students in difficult circumstances.

Studying and following Uncle Ho, cadres, members and women in the province also focus on building and maintaining effective implementation of savings practice models at the branch to mobilize internal capital resources to help each other develop the economy, increase income and stabilize family life. In 2023 alone, through implementing savings models, the whole association mobilized nearly 5.4 billion VND to help 2,795 women borrow to develop the economy, reduce poverty and get rich. Associations at all levels also actively exploit and stand as credit guarantees to help members and women, especially those in difficult circumstances, access preferential capital sources; support women to start businesses; coordinate in organizing training courses, vocational training, job introduction, labor export; implement models and activities to participate in building new rural areas and civilized urban areas; At the same time, build models, clubs, and women's groups suitable for each target group and local characteristics, creating an environment for women to develop themselves, contribute to the community, participate in organizing associations...

Through promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style and implementing emulation movements and association activities, in 2023, the whole province had 69 outstanding female members admitted to the Party; in the province, many exemplary cadres, members and female members appeared in professional work, production labor, humanitarian charity.
